Advice for Road Runners: The adidas Men's Supernova Rise Running Shoes are for daily miles. They should feel very stable and comfortable for easy to steady paced runs.

Underfoot Feel

The adidas Supernova Rise Running Shoes feature Dreamstrike cushioning. Designed for everyday miles, this cushioning offers a balanced feel between softness and responsiveness.

Even though these are neutral running shoes, a Support Rod system (made from foam) makes the midsole feel very stable. This also increases the responsiveness of the midsole.

Upper Fit

It's fair to say the adidas Supernova Rise upper should feel extremely comfortable. This is because carefully selected fabrics offer a soft and supportive experience.

Ideal Run Type

When your aim is to keep the pace feeling easy, that's when the adidas Men's Supernova Rise Running Shoes should feel at their best. However, if you decide to inject some pace into your run, the midsole is responsive enough to cope. All of this makes the Supernova Rise excellent daily mileage running shoes.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
