Golden Russet apples are known for their rugged appearance, but under their weathered skin lies a crisp, flavorful interior, high in fermentable sugars yet balanced by strong acidity. This cider celebrates the resurgence of the Golden Russet apple which has quickly become a cornerstone of the Rootwood Cider orchard.

Refreshing and crisp, this cider is sparkling and semi-dry, though it may drink a touch sweeter than semi-dry as it's full bodied. Aromatics of fresh applesauce, fruit leather, and dried pineapple. Medium-plus acidity, with very low tannins. Juicy and mouthwatering with fruity flavor notes of fresh apple, mango, cooked pineapple, grapefruit zest, and clove.
